  • The valuation assumptions:
    A) Annually new store openings of 70 stores till 2030 (for 4 years), so 280 new stores
    B) Average daily store sales grows from RM 23,300 to RM 25,000 (includes both the existing 462 stores and the new 280 stores)
    C) Margin expansion is supported by operating at larger scale, price increases, and increase contribution from house brands or private labels
  • The estimated value for the company is RM 20 Billion by 2030 which is a CAGR of 25% from today’s market valuation
